Account information (name, email, phone), project and task data you and your team create, uploaded photos and documents, attendance and payment records you enter, and basic usage data (device type, browser, log-in times) needed to operate and secure the Service.

We use this data solely to provide and improve the Service: displaying your projects and team to you, sending notifications you've opted into, processing subscription billing, and diagnosing bugs. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

• Supabase — our database and authentication provider, which hosts all application data.
• Paddle.com Market Limited — our payment processor and Merchant of Record, which receives billing-relevant details (email, subscription status) to process payments.

We do not share your data with any other third party except where required by law.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal or billing-record purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at tuskul.bor@gmail.com.

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls, row-level security on our database) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
